Welcome to the New Renaissance
At New Renaissance, we train American and international students to become professional artists through a focused education in the Visual Arts. Our teaching is rooted in the constructive and applied knowledge method, including studies of proportions, perspective, anatomy, 3D modeling, color theory, and more. By mastering the fundamentals, students gain the ability to create from imagination and access a wide range of careers in the creative field, such as visual storytelling, entertainment, and design.
We make classical art education accessible to all from aspiring professionals to children and teens learning online preserving the legacy of Renaissance art while shaping the artists of tomorrow.
We offer a range of learning opportunities including online courses, programs, workshops, and seminars, as well as in-person intensive workshops in collaboration with our partner, Arts Atelier 146 in Kentucky and our sister school, the Florence Classical Arts Academy in Italy. Our curriculum supports portfolio development for careers in fine art, illustration, film, and game design, and we actively promote emerging artists through group exhibitions and professional exposure.
Our programs are open to all ages, nationalities, backgrounds, and experience levels. Beginners can start with our Foundation program, while more experienced applicants can submit a portfolio for advanced courses.
